Conditions of participation

Stuttgart Trade Fair Competition

  1. Organizer
    LAYZEE GmbH, Raiffeisenstraße 27, 49124 Georgsmarienhütte (hereinafter referred to as “LAYZEE” or “we”) is conducting the “Stuttgart Trade Fair Competition” (hereinafter referred to as the “Competition”) on the Instagram account @layzee_camping on Instagram, which is subject to the following terms and conditions. The competition is not affiliated with Instagram or Facebook and is in no way sponsored, supported, or organized by Instagram.
  2. Participants
    Persons over the age of 18 and resident in the EU are eligible to participate.
    Participation via competition associations, automated participation and participation with a falsified identity or with identities of third parties are not permitted.
    Participants may be required to provide proof of their eligibility to participate in the competition. If participants fail to provide proof of eligibility within the deadline set by LAYZEE, LAYZEE GmbH reserves the right to exclude them from participation.
  3. Prize
    The prize is:
    10 x 2 tickets (online codes) for the CMT trade fair in Stuttgart from 17.01. – 25.01.2026.
  4. Participation
    The competition will take place from 13.01.2026 12:00 to 16.01.2026, 15:00 on the LAYZEE Instagram page https://www.instagram.com/layzee_camping/.
    You can enter the competition by liking the competition post, tagging 1 companion and following the Instagram channel @layzee_camping. Sharing the post in your own story will also increase your chances.
    The comment on the post must not contain any indecent, immoral, defamatory, discriminatory or offensive content, mention or encourage illegal activities. Participants whose submissions contain such content will be disqualified. Multiple entries are excluded; each person can only enter the competition once.
  5. Winners
    The winners will be selected by the LAYZEE team.Winners will be contacted by e-mail after the end of the competition and asked to send their contact details (name, e-mail address) by e-mail. If the entry is not submitted within 24 hours, the prize claim will be forfeited and no new winner will be selected.
  6. No prize transfer
    If it is not possible to transfer the prize to the winner (e.g. because the entitlement to the prize has lapsed due to the conditions of participation or the winner does not accept the prize), LAYZEE may decide at its own discretion what to do with the prize.
  7. Data protection
    If personal data of the participant is collected, this is done exclusively for the purpose of handing over the prize(s). It is not possible to withdraw participation!
  1. Disclaimer of liability
    LAYZEE accepts no responsibility for loss of data, in particular data lost during data transmission, technical defects or lost, damaged or delayed entries due to network, hardware or software problems.Any warranty claims by the winners are excluded.
  1. Modification/suspension of thecompetition
    LAYZEE reserves the right to modify or suspend the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances.In particular, LAYZEE is entitled to discontinue, cancel or suspend the competition if attempted abuse through manipulation is detected, if Instagram’s terms of use are changed during the competition so that it cannot be carried out in accordance with Instagram’s current terms and conditions or if the competition is stopped by Instagram for any reason whatsoever.
  1. Invalidity of individual provisions
    Should a clause of these conditions of participation be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
  1. Transfer, cash payment, legal recourse
    Cash payment of the prize is not possible. Any prize claims are non-transferable. Legal recourse is excluded
