"Why LAYZEE Box?"
The mobile kitchen box as a problem solver
Our aim was to create a lightweight mobile camping box in which everything could be stowed away practically and which did not have to be permanently installed in a vehicle. We quickly came up with the idea of sticking to the Eurobox dimensions and developing a well-designed cooking box that offers plenty of storage space. After about a year, countless hours, drawings, modifications and samples, it was suddenly there - a mobile kitchen unit that needed a name: The LAYZEE Kitchenbox.
We are proud that our kitchen box now appeals to a wide audience. Perhaps the kitchen box can even be seen as a picnic basket 2.0. We asked some of our customers what they use the LAYZEE Kitchenbox for?
From campervan owners who use the box as a rear kitchen, outdoor sports enthusiasts (anglers, surfers, climbers), micro-adventurers and festival-goers to families relaxing in the park with a picnic box . The LAYZEE Kitchenbox has also been used as a micro kitchen in a tiny house and as a decorative outdoor kitchen on the balcony or as a bar in the living room.

3 separate storage compartments keep your camping box tidy. You can stow the optional gas stove perfectly in the top or bottom compartment. The high side compartment is suitable for bottles up to 1.5 l.

You can easily unlock the 2 stop hinges on the lid and fold the lid down a full 180 degrees. The 2 table legs supplied, which you simply attach with a magnet, give the lid the necessary stability to use it as a storage surface or table. This means you can integrate the table into your camping kitchen and leave the large camping table at home.
The table legs are height-adjustable, so the optional stand is a great combination for cooking at standing height.
When the lid is open, you can attach various metal equipment to the magnetic strip (e.g. knife, lamp, bottle opener, etc.).
Thanks to the side pull-out, you automatically have an integrated storage or work surface in your kitchen box. If you want to cook, this is the perfect place for a gas stove.
You can slide the large bamboo board through onto the pull-out and use it as a storage surface or leave it in place to create even more work surface.
You can use the two bamboo shelves next to each other as a flat work surface when the pull-out is closed or open. When the pull-out is pulled out, the larger board can also be used crosswise as a raised storage surface or pushed through onto the pull-out for better access to the inside of your kitchen unit.
The wind stopper is supplied in the camping box and is a kind of black foam block. This is simply clamped between the cooking box and the opened lid so that the lid cannot fall shut in windy conditions.
The table legs are stored in a practical bag and have their own compartment directly under the pull-out.
The table legs are height-adjustable and can therefore be individually adjusted. The table legs have a counter magnet at the top end. This is simply pulled off, the table leg is placed under the folded cover and secured from above with the counter magnet.

The bamboo boards are oiled and food-safe. Theoretically, you can of course also cut your vegetables etc. on the boards. However, you will then logically have cutting marks in your stylish boards.

The LAYZEE Kitchenbox fits perfectly under the Multiflexboard in the T5 / T6 / T6.1 Multivan and Beach. Also on a rear pull-out.

The lid is fitted with a seal, but the front flap and the pull-out with push-button do not have a seal so that water could get in there in heavy rain.

Each divider compartment is fitted with a mat. This protects the floor and prevents everything from sliding around. Ultimately, however, it remains a transport box and it is up to you how you pack it.
The kitchen box is a powder-coated aluminum box.
The pull-out has a locking mechanism and has recently been fitted with a push button for additional safety.
