LAYZEE Box Rear Pull-Out

We are often asked about a suitable rear pull-out for our LAYZEE Box. The whole topic of rear pull-outs is ultimately as individual as your conversion, your intended uses, and which vehicle you want to use a pull-out in the trunk for. Which Rear Pull-Out Size?

Our requirement for Ronny was that the rear pull-out should not take up the entire trunk of the VW Bulli, so that other things can still be stored or slid through next to it. Also, a cooler or Eurobox measuring 60x40cm should fit on the pull-out behind the LAYZEE Camping Kitchen.

For this reason, Ronny chose a popular depth of 80cm and a width of 62cm, so that the LAYZEE Box and a Eurobox fit exactly.

Requirements for the LAYZEE Edition Bus Pull-Out

The rear pull-out for the LAYZEE Kitchenbox should be operable with one hand and the front flap of the box should open without problems.

Thus, the rear pull-out for the LAYZEE Box was quickly modified by lowering the front tray and modifying the mechanism of the one-hand pull-out. The front flap can now be opened without problems, allowing it to remain on the pull-out.

The box is secured with 2 tension straps and stands securely and firmly on the rear pull-out.
