Payment and shipping
The following conditions apply:
Delivery is made domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Spain, Austria, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Denmark, Belgium, France, Czech Republic, Italy, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Sweden, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Croatia, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, Serbia, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Switzerland.
Shipping costs (including statutory value added tax)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We calculate the shipping costs according to shipping weight:
– Orders from 0 to 5.00 kg = € 3.90
– Orders over 5.00 kg up to 30.00 kg + window bags/packing bags = € 6.90 – From 30 kg = bulky goods / forwarding agent shipping on request
For deliveries to German islands, an island surcharge of €29.99 will be added to the shipping costs.

*CH: We do not refund VAT for German delivery addresses. Furthermore, we send duty unpaid and do not assume any customs clearance fees or similar charges.

0 to 5 kg = 15.90 €
5.0 kg to 30kg + window bags/packing bags = 18.90 €
from 30kg = bulky goods / shipping on request
*Italy: No sale and shipment of window bags/packing bags.

Spain
0 to 5 kg = 16.90 €
5.0 kg to 30kg + window bags/packing bags = 24.90 €

Delivery times
If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 2 – 3 working days, for deliveries abroad within 5 – 7 working days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
